Upcoming Events

In August, we have an opportunity to invite a very famous author and gourmet cooking
instructor 林慧懿 (Theresa Lin) to give us a talk. Lin, who is renowned throughout the
global Chinese community, is the author of 16 seminal cookbooks, which are bestsellers
throughout Asia and in Chinese-language bookstores worldwide.

According to celebrated film director, Ang Lee , Theresa Lin is “ The Julia Child of Taiwan”.
She work as executive food designer of his Oscar-nominated Best Foreign Film “Eat, Drink,
Man, Woman” (飲食男女), prompted the New York Times to call it “an almost edible treat”.
